When founding a turnkey company literally made-to-measure the new owner pays only administrative costs and expenses incurred in creating a notarial record. A choice of name, determination of primary business activity, nomination of secretaries and associates, placing of company seat and individual wording of business contracts is completely within client´s competence. Founding made-to-measure companies takes two weeks in case of having a capital of your own and three weeks when a capital loan from the company Firmy Praha s.r.o. is required.

A) Founding a made-to-measure company with your own share capital

• Founding a company with an office in the Program BEST for two years:
  10 900 CZK excluding VAT*
• Founding a company without/with an office in the Program SPECIAL:
  15 900 CZK excluding VAT**

* The final price including VAT is 11 719 CZK.
** ** The final price including VAT is 17 769 CZK.
VAT isn’t charged from the full price as the part of it consist of establishment expenses.

B) Founding a turnkey company with our share capital

• Founding a company with an office in the Program BEST for two years:
  12 900 CZK*
• Founding a company without/with an office in the Program SPECIAL:
  17 900 CZK*

*The price is final. In case of share transfer VAT is not charged.
With our share capital we found a company with one partner and one secretary.

The price of founding companies includes these services:

• Consulting and counseling before founding a company.
• Preparation of all documentation necessary for founding a company.
• Arrangement for the provision of notarial services and preparation of business contract.
• Representation of the company which is being founded in the administrative court.
• Determination and arrangement of selected unqualified trades.
• Payment of administrative fees which are set by law.
• Guarantee of an entry in the the commercial register.
• Provision of share capital in case of need.
• Arrangement of above mentioned items is possible also without your personal participation in Czech republic.
